Dean Issa joined William & Mary in April 2023 as Associate Dean for JD Admissions and Financial Aid. Prior to William & Mary Law School, she served as Assistant Dean for JD and Graduate Admissions at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. She brings over 25+ years of admissions and DEI experience to the table having worked at numerous institutions including Drexel University (Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Drexel University College of Medicine and as Assistant Dean of Admissions and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law), South Carolina School of Law (Director of Admissions), and Northeastern University Law School (Associate Director of Admissions).
