Henry Lam was born in York, PA, to immigrant parents from China and exhibited classic ADHD symptoms from a young age. Despite being a smart but bored student, he struggled through school and college with undiagnosed ADHD and C-PTSD. Diagnosed with ADHD combined type at 22, this turning point provided clarity on his lifelong challenges and fueled his passion for understanding human behavior and life.

With 60 hours of life coaching training from the ICF-accredited Life Purpose Institute, ADHD knowledge from the ADD Coaching Academy, and a bachelor’s degree in business, Henry brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his coaching practice. His approach combines holistic practices with humor, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

As an ADHD coach, Henry specializes in areas such as executive function, emotional regulation, productivity, and trauma-informed coaching. His mission is to help clients unlock their potential, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
